Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter it. We are happy to cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet, and fulfill the new order that you place with your changes.

If you miss the cancel order window and the items don’t work out, please forward a request for exchange or simply return for a refund.

How do I use a discount code?

During the first step of checkout, click where it says, "Have a discount code? Click here," then put in your chosen code and click "Apply." Remember, you can only use one discount code at a time.

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

On the second step of checkout, you will place the code in the Gift Card box and click "Apply."

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Our system will only allow one discount code to be used on an order.

How do I edit my cart?

Click on the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the page. This will bring up a sidebar with the contents of your cart. Click "edit" and make your adjustments. Please note: sometimes on an iPhone or iPad, you may not be able to see the whole word "edit" once you are in your cart, but you should see at least an "e", so just click on that.

Who pays for the duty fees and/or taxes on international shipments?

You as the customer are responsible for any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in country other than the USA.

Can I shop at your warehouse?

Unfortunately, because we are an online company with many orders being processed at once, we are not set up for warehouse browsing.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Click on that link and get excited!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually go out within 1-3 business days.

Economy (ground) averages 4-8 days for delivery. We cannot guarantee when it will arrive as it is out of our hands once it leaves our warehouse.

Pre-orders, pre-sales, or other items that are noted on the listing may take longer to ship out.

Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer.

What do I do if I have a return?

Click here to start a return or return a gift for store credit.
Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order arriving for a refund or store credit. International returns must be requested within 45 days of your order arriving for a refund or store credit.
Shipping and any reverse duties for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep your tracking number easily accessible as you wait for your package to ship back.

What are your return guidelines?

Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, International returns must be requested within 45 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card. If your purchase was made due to any giveaway promotion, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, or do not meet the above criteria.

Please keep your tracking number easily accessible as you wait for your package to ship back.

What do I ship my return in?

The original packaging is ideal for returns. Please do not place labels on the apparel's immediate packaging.

Can I return an item if I have an APO/FPO address?

We cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses as they require customs information for shipping.

I bought a final sale item, can I return it?

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
